Leiston defeated St Ives Town 3-1 on Saturday to move up into eighth position in the league table.
An early Aaron Smith strike on four minutes put the ‘Saints’ ahead but the Blues eventually found their stride and on 39 minutes, Jamar Loza equalised.
Leiston began the second half well and after Dan Wilks parried a cross from George Quantrell, Loza slotted home his 15th of the season. The third goal came from Albie Armin, who shot home on 96 minutes, to seal the points.
Eddie Jackson left the field with a nasty ankle injury, while Wyatt Hill was checked over for possible concussion.
Thanks to the Blues who followed the side, in front of an attendance of 324.
Leiston now head to Kettering Town in their next game, next Saturday. (3pm kick off).
