Saturday’s entertaining draw with Alvechurch saw joint bosses Darren Eadie and Chris Wigger celebrate 100 games in charge of the Blues. Since taking over the Leiston hot seat in March 2020, the duo have taken charge of 76 Southern League Premier Division Central fixtures and 24 cup ties.

Their opening game was a 5-1 home victory over Halstead Town in the FA Cup in September 2020 and since then they have won a further 14 cup ties with 8 defeats and a single draw.

Their first taste of League action unfortunately wasn’t a winning start, a single goal defeat to Rushall Olympic at Victory Road also in September 2020 but the next 75 games has seen only 23 defeats with an impressive 37 wins and 16 games drawn.
