An ex pro, Rossi made seven league appearances for Norwich City first team in the Championship and is the younger brother of Ryan Jarvis, who signed last week for the Blues. He went on loan to Torquay United and Rotherham United before going on to play for Luton Town, Barnet and Cambridge United in the Football League. Jarvis has also played over 200 times for Lowestoft Town in the last few years, helping them to achieve promotion from the Ryman Premier League to the National North in the 2013-2014 season.

Rossi made 8 appearances for England U19’s and played three times for England ‘C’, playing against Hungary and Poland U23’s in 2009, including captaining the side against Poland in a 2-1 win.
