A penalty in the last kick of the match from Oscar Manly earned Leiston U23’s a point against play-off chasing Holbeach United this afternoon at Victory Road.
Mackenzie Travis’ goal in the first half gave the Blues the lead but an unfortunate own goal at the start of the second half and a Sam Carter goal put the Lincolnshire side ahead.
However, in the seventh minute of stoppage time, the U23’s earned a point as Oscar Manly netted fork the penalty spot.
The point keeps the U23’s in 17th spot, four points above third from bottom Haverhill Borough with two games in hand.
