The club’s thriving Youth Section joined forces with the Senior men’s side as the club hosted National League side Dagenham & Redbridge in the FA Cup last Saturday at the Watson & Hillhouse Stadium. The two teams were greeted onto the pitch by the Blues ‘Flying the flag’ youngsters who also assisted throughout the afternoon as ball boys.

Accompanying the Blues onto the pitch were 8 members of the Youth Section across various age groups. The lucky mascots were Zachary Clutterbuck (Under 9’s), Logan-George Stickley (Under 9’s) Laura Fleming Haxell (Under 10’s), Anashe Karemba (Under 10’s), Isaac George (Under 12’s), Joshua Watson (Under 12’s), Oscar Thomson (Under 13’s) and Theo Winter (Under 13’s) who lined up pre kick off and joined in the handshake with the match officials and our visitors.
