The Blues are delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Byron Lawrence on a one year deal with a year's option. Byron becomes Manager Glenn Driver's second significant signing this week (pictured with Manager Glenn Driver and Head Coach Tony Kinsella).

Twenty year old attacking midfielder Byron spent the second half of last season at National South Bishop's Stortford where he helped them to an eleventh placed finish. Byron had previously been involved with both Ipswich Town and Colchester United, appearing for both in their first team. Byron was released by Colchester in January before joining Bishop's Stortford, making eleven appearances.
